Access to Barracuda Task Manager - our managed web based management console.
Barracuda Mobile - the software that your mobile workers use on their PDA / Laptop.
One of your A4 forms desgined by our team to get you going.
Optionally Barracuda Studio may be purchased in order to amend / add new forms whenever you wish. We also provide the Barracuda Server components which allow for integration with existing / new back office systems - these are purchased seperately.
Features
With Barracuda you will be able to replace your paper forms with an electronic version. It is advisable to take the opportunity to look at your current form and decide how it may be improved. With Barracuda the following is possible on your form:
Text boxes, checkboxes, labels, pick lists etc.
Signature capture
Images / Logos
Photographs (video available but we would need to estimate your data storage / transfer requirements)
Mandatory / readonly fields
Calculation boxes
Multiple pages (one of our customers has 96 pages!)
Ability to broadcast messages to / from mobile workers
RFID integration (using SDiD 1020 card)
GPS / TomTom integration soon.
You may also set optional form / task behaviours for the mobile worker at no additional cost such as:
How to move through pages on the screen for the given task
Suspend tasks (if required) to enable multiple tasks open at any time
Accept / Decline tasks (if required)
Force a Daily Task such as a Van safety check
Set a rule per mobile user / task to auto email to a recipient the task data
How do I use it?
Barracuda has been designed to be as easy as possible to use for both 'Office side' in sending and reviewing completed information, and 'Mobile side' for opening tasks, completing forms and relaying the information back.
We have found to date that if the User has basic PC skills (can use products such as Microsoft Office at a basic level) and can use the Internet - they should have no worries in using Barracuda. We are here ready to help talk you through any issues.
Create individual tasks by typing direct into the electronic form via the web site.
Create multiple tasks by importing a spreadsheet via the web site.
Create tasks via the Barracuda Server XML API interface (where integrated with your own internal systems)
View completed tasks via the web site
View completed task data within your own internal documents
View emails automatically generated when tasks are returned to you

Pricing
Barracuda is priced according to how many mobile users you have on a monthly basis. It is priced to be attractive to both single users and multi-user businesses. We make a small charge for creating new forms or amending old ones on your behalf - however you can purchase the Barracuda Studio and manage this yourself if you prefer!
For larger customers that wish to integrate Barracuda 'back office' with their existing / new systems the Barracuda Server components may be purchased seperately.
